Patagonia in Virtual Reality
Patagonia is a virtual reality title developed for the Oculus Rift, Oculus Go, and Samsung GearVR, created by Specterras Productions. Available now on the Oculus Store, Patagonia is an experience that “allows you to take off as a bird with wings, fly around the lake, visit the waterfalls along the edge, and visit the snowy clad plains beneath the mountain peaks, including many stunning glacial formations.”
Max Media developed the VR navigation for this title, which allows the user to smoothly move between “nodes” in the VR environment, as well as assisting in the production of user interface, audio behavior, and optimization.
